White-label automation infrastructure, not “another SaaS”

Turn Cortex OS into your product’s invisible back-office.

Instead of building and maintaining your own automation platform, you plug into a German-engineered engine that already runs intake, admin, and retention for clinics and service businesses — and you sell it as your own.

Done-for-you engine, you own the front-end, pricing, and positioning.
Designed for agencies, platforms and operators who sell outcomes, not clicks.

We approve partners selectively. You don’t need a massive audience, but you do need a serious offer and existing or near-term distribution.

Who Cortex OS white-label is actually built for
This is not a DIY automation playground. It’s a backend engine for people who are already selling serious outcomes and want their own “infrastructure story” behind it.
01 • Automation & rev-ops agencies
You sell outcomes, not zaps.
  • Have or are building retainers at $3k+/month.
  • Want a real infrastructure layer behind your offer.
  • Prefer “one engine for all clients” over hundreds of fragile builds.
02 • SaaS & platforms
You want DFY automation baked into your product.
  • Already have users and a clear value path.
  • Want onboarding, upgrades & renewals to feel automatic.
  • Don’t want to build and maintain your own ops OS.
03 • Niche operators
You own distribution in a vertical.
  • You’re the “clinic guy”, “salon girl”, or niche operator.
  • You can bring in clients, but need a serious engine behind you.
  • You want something you can point at and say: “this runs everything”.
Partner pricing • Cortex OS as your engine
Clinics see one price for Build & Release. Partners see this page. You keep your own front-end pricing, we maintain and evolve the engine underneath.
All tiers include: access to the Cortex OS engine, ongoing maintenance, updates and support. You control how you price, package and present it.

  • Co-authored case studies, if you want them.
How Cortex OS actually installs under your offers
Think of this less as “another SaaS” and more as a pre-built ops team that slots into your existing stack and products. You sell the story; Cortex runs the work.
Step 01
We map your offer, not just your tools.
We start with what you’re actually selling: the promise, the client journey, the places where things break. Then we map those to Cortex’ three engines: inbound, admin, retention.
Step 02
We wire Cortex into your stack.
Whether you live in Zapier, Make, custom APIs, or a vertical CRM, Cortex plugs in at the workflow level. No new logins for your clients, no app-switch whiplash.
Step 03
You position it as “your infrastructure”.
You get the language, visuals and explanation framework to present Cortex as your own engine: the thing that quietly runs everything your offer promises.
Request partner access • Cortex OS white-label
This is intentionally selective. We’re not trying to onboard hundreds of partners — just the right ones where Cortex becomes a core part of your value stack.
For now, this form doesn’t send anywhere. Once you’re ready, you can wire it into your existing intake or a dedicated agency intake endpoint.
Good-faith FAQ
Honest answers we’d want before wiring our own offer into someone else’s engine.
Will my clients know I’m using Barai Systems / Cortex underneath?
By default: no. We’re the infrastructure, not the brand. If you want to co-brand or reference us for authority, you can, but it’s not required and never forced.
How is this different from me just building everything in Zapier or Make?
You absolutely can build there — most people do. The difference here is that you’re not just managing a pile of automations; you’re plugging into a cohesive engine that already has the inbound → admin → retention chain wired, tested and evolving.
Do you go direct to my clients?
No. Our relationship is with you. If we ever do anything that looks like a direct offer into your base, it will be with explicit agreement and likely co-built with you.
What if my niche isn’t clinics?
That’s fine. Clinics are where we first proved the model because the intake, admin and retention pain is obvious and expensive. If your niche has similar “always leaking” back-office problems, Cortex can usually be mapped across.
